When & how will I receive my photos? How can I order prints?
Engagement sessions are completed around 4 weeks. Wedding galleries are completed around 8 weeks. Everyone gets a sneak peek.
Your will receive a link to view your gorgeous online gallery. Your gallery has a built-in print shop, so that you can easily order professional prints, photo albums, save-the-dates, thank-you's, and other keepsakes, at the highest quality possible in the USA.
Your gallery is also private, yet shareable. So gone is the possibility that no one will ever see your photos!
What should we wear for our engagement session?
Wear something you feel comfortable and natural in, and dress for the weather!
Outfits should complement each other. I recommend choosing a color palette with around 2-3 colors, and you can also include patterns!
Can I wear more than one outfit at my engagement photos?
Yes. One complimentary outfit change is included.
How many photos will we receive?
You will receive every single edited photo in my signature look! So if there are 2000 amazing shots, you'll get them all! The actual number of photos one gets depends on many factors (ie., location, number of people, length of day, timeline, etc). So it's hard to give an exact figure.
I will not give you poor or unusable images. And I do not provide raw, unedited images. You deserve the best.
What if it rains on my session day?
When I schedule your engagement session, we will also schedule a rain date. In the case of inclement weather, I will contact you that day to confirm the rain date. But we will reschedule as many times as needed.
How far do you travel?
Everywhere! Listed pricing includes travel within a certain distance of my home. But I will meet you anywhere you'd like for an additional travel rate.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! If you choose to pay in full, instead of paying only the retainer, you will receive a discount.
How can I get the best image results?
Choose a getting ready location with lots of windows/outdoor lighting.
Avoid a room or venue with yellow/orange walls if possible.
Will my pictures be watermarked?
No! My clients receive watermark-free images.
Are you covered by insurance for my wedding?
Yes! I can send a copy of my certificate of insurance to your venue. Just provide their email address or phone number!
What is your payment & refund policy?
I will send you a contract that is easy to sign electronically. You will be able to securely pay for your service thru your contract. Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, and cash are accepted. Both a signed contract + payment are required to hold any date.
A non-refundable retainer is required to hold any date. All payments are saved as full credit, should you need to cancel or reschedule your wedding date.
