You will receive your pictures within 30 days of your session.

Your images will arrive thru a gorgeous, custom, private online gallery link. Prints, framed prints, albums, photo-cards, and more - are all easy to order directly in your gallery. And since the gallery is shareable, gone is the possibility that no one will ever see your photos!

We will send you an electronic contract for signature + a link to pay for your service by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Both a signed contract + payment are required to hold any date. We will not hold your date for more than 7 days without both.

A 100% non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the date of your session. If you need to cancel your contract or reschedule the session date, you will receive 100% credit towards a new/future date.

I believe in capturing real people and real moments. I do not photoshop images and I will not be able to accommodate editing requests. As the photographer, I look at pictures a certain way. If I believe an image will look best in B&W or Color, I edit it that way. I do not make changes after you see the photos.

Photographers are artists, and we own all images we create, for the rest of our life, and even afterwards!

My editing style is how I leave my signature on my work. Adding filters or additional editing is like buying a van Gogh, painting over it, and claiming it as his work or your own. So what you receive are printing rights only, not copyrights.

Gallery views of your images will include a small version of my elegant signature in the bottom right corner. But this signature will not appear in any downloads or prints you order from your gallery store! All Clients receive unlimited digital downloads and printing rights.

It's best to order your prints and products thru your gallery store since that is the only way you preserve the original quality and resolution. Printed on Kodak Professional Endura Premier Paper, these are the highest quality archival prints, with a longevity of 100 years in typical display conditions and 200 years in dark storage.

I only schedule outdoor portraits around 2 hrs before sunset. This will provide the best lighting for your pictures!

In the case of inclement weather, I will contact you that day to offer you new dates for your portraits. We will reschedule as many times as needed.
